About Us: Balos Estiatorio is a new and premier Greek restaurant known for its authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and luxurious dining experience. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy the finest Greek dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients. We have recently been added to the Michelin Guide and have been highly rated among very well respected food critics and news outlets.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of step of services and able to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile and more than 3 years experience in a similar role.
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks promptly
Work with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server in an equal caliber restaurant
Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for service
A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
Weekend, and morning availability required
