Bartender/Server/Music

Bartender/Beertender is responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. All Bartenders/Beertenders will complete transactions in accordance with Pennsylvania’s RAMP standards.

Able to create standard mixed drinks along with specialty cocktails, canned beer, and wine.
Knowledgeable of the different types/varietals of beer and wine offered.
Assists Stand Lead with set-up and break-down of the bar pre and post-event.
D. for all alcoholic beverage transactions and responsibly serves all patrons in accordance with Pennsylvania’s RAMP standards.
Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, communicating inventory or equipment needs to Stand Lead as needed to replenish supplies.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
Must meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage services
