Warehouse Specialist I

The Warehouse Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic materials handling tasks in support of manufacturing operations. This position assists with labeling, storing, issuing, and inventorying materials, and ensures accuracy and organization within the warehouse.

Accuracy of material transactions and inventory records.

Timeliness of material picking and issuing.

Compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials according to company procedures.

Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization.

Pick and issue materials accurately to production or shipping areas.

Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.

Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.

Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role.

Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift materials.

Visual acuity to identify parts and labels.

Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.

Use of standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and carts.

Working Hours are Monday-Thursday 6 am-3:30 pm shifts of 10 hours per day.
