This role partners with subject matter experts, facilitators, HR, and business leaders to design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions rooted in adult learning principles. **Designs and develops learning experiences, curriculum, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools.* Creates role-based learning paths and structured learning journeys aligned to business needs.* Leads content planning, review, and revision cycles to ensure learning materials are accurate, relevant, and scalable.* Incorporates interactive and experiential learning strategies to improve engagement, retention, and on-the-job application.* Supports learning technology, LMS content, completion tracking, and digital course maintenance in partnership with the L&D team.* Provides stakeholder support, training, and troubleshooting for learning tools and processes.* Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.* At least 2 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate, educational, or training environment.* Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methods, and learning evaluation practices.* Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.* Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.* Ability to travel occasionally, currently estimated at less than 20%.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Certification in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Talent Development, or related field.* Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft 365.* Experience with Workday Learning or another LMS.* Familiarity with learner analytics, survey data, AI-enabled tools, and emerging learning technologies.**Bilingual, Military, Military Spouses and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!** We understand the uniqueness of hiring military personnel and veterans and will support him/her in the time of duty or with the transition into new civilian professions.
