Radiographer, Radiology, PRN (As Needed)

Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group Panama City Medical Office Building

Schedule: Day | PRN | Office is open Monday - Friday

Generate superior quality radiologic films for accurate medical diagnosis by expertly preparing and positioning patients and accurately selecting technical parameters.

Ensure technical and data integrity by accurately administering contrast media/medications within the accepted scope of practice, promptly submitting high-quality images and patient data to PACS, and monitoring protocols for potential updates.

Ensure the department runs smoothly by verifying all equipment is properly functioning (reporting and securing malfunctions as necessary) and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
