Base pay is $17.00 per hour. In addition, team members receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Actual amounts may vary by location, hours worked, and customer discretion. Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.

Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.

Work all café positions – cross‑trained and adaptable, including kitchen work to order.

Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.

Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.

1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.

Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
