Milestones Matter Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (with potential to grow to full-time) to join our Bellaire clinic. We are looking for a therapist who is fun, dynamic, compassionate, professional, dependable, and honest and who genuinely enjoys connecting with children and their families.

Our Bellaire clinic serves a diverse pediatric population, including many neurodivergent children with a wide range of needs. We value individualized, strengths-based therapy and want a clinician who can meet each child where they are while keeping therapy engaging, functional, and meaningful.

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of speech, language, communication, and feeding needs

Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy that is engaging and functional

Work with neurodivergent children using a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach

Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, teachers, occupational therapists, and other professionals when appropriate

Maintain open and honest communication with families and the Milestones Matter Therapy team

Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinic activities

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinic culture

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Able to balance professionalism with a fun, energetic, and engaging therapy style

This is a part-time, clinic-based position.

You enjoy getting on the floor, being silly, playing, and finding creative ways to make therapy meaningful.

You can adapt when a session doesn't go as planned and recognize that every child needs something different.

You build relationships with children and families and respect individual differences.
