Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established guidelines.
Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist in the collection and preparation of specimens for testing as required.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, guide new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining robust quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation norms.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaborative relationships within healthcare teams.
