Instructor Pilot - Full Time

CAE Instructor Pilots - All for the pursuit of aviation excellence.
As an Instructor Pilot at CAE, you play a critical role in developing pilot confidence and skill through highquality simulator and ground training. You will lead training sessions, conduct thorough pre and postflight briefings, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across assigned aircraft platforms.

Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements, CAE curriculum, and customer expectations.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.

Perform administrative duties such as completing training records, maintaining instructional qualifications, and recommending remedial training when needed.

Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.

After approximately 1.5+ years (subject to business need), qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.

Constantly ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internetbased programs.

Participation in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.

Experience flying business aircraft highly desired.

Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Prior instructional or training experience.

Ability to tailor training content to a diverse customer base.
