Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. There are currently four openings available for various roles including 2nd shift Label Operator (Converting Operator), Shear Operator, and 1st and 2nd shift Floater. This role is perfect for those with a keen eye for detail who enjoy ensuring smooth machine operations.
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
Conduct inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
Experience in general labor and machine operating.
Individuals with backgrounds as accountants, teachers, or librarians often excel in this role due to their detail-oriented nature.

The work environment is climate-controlled and quiet, allowing for a focused work experience. First shift hours are from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, while the second shift runs from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason City, IA.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
