Hiring: Service Cashier/Receptionist
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Greet and assist customers visiting the service department.
Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Process customer payments (cash, credit and other digital forms of payment).
Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
Support the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical tasks.
Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned
1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role.

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of using CDK (automotive dealership software)

The hourly wage range for this position is $19 - $21.
Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
