The Mortgage Loan Processor exists to receive originated loan files from Loan Officer Staff. Actively communicate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Supervisors to address and resolve required underwriting stipulations in order to move the file toward closing while following all policies and procedures.

Receive originated loan files from Loan Officers. Organize and upload the documents to Imageflow system ensuring readability and quality of upload. Prepare and submit mortgage loan files for underwriting review and approval. Collaborate with Loan Officers to satisfy and collect required underwriting stipulations. Oversee file movement between Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closing Department with an eye on targeted closing dates and deadlines. Collaborate with loan team to ensure that all pertinent account documentation is complete and accurate. Records all data on status of loans. Maintain positive public relations and promote credit union within the community. Answer the telephone by the third ring. focus on the person face to face and on the telephone. Protect confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience in mortgage lending. 2 years' experience in the financial industry. Thorough knowledge of Credit Consumer laws. Knowledge of credit union operations. Computer knowledge.
