SHOWROOM SALES AMBASSADOR

Summary Sales Ambassadors create exceptional lifestyle experiences by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. They build client relationships, grow individual sales, and contribute to team success while representing the brand.
Responsibilities Deliver attentive customer service, product guidance, and personalized styling recommendations.
Grow sales through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team targets.
Coach colleagues in customer-focused service and relationship building.
Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Capture customer information through CRM tools and provide management feedback on category opportunities.
Support talent sourcing, training, and community outreach efforts.
Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Ability to use digital tools for customer service and sales.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
