Joe Louis Southern Kitchen is looking for enthusiastic, dependable Servers who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality.

Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations.

Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.

Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked section.

Work closely with teammates to provide seamless service.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.

Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.

Previous serving experience preferred (full-service restaurant experience is a plus).

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and guest-first attitude.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
