CNC Machinist
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek (10-Hour Shifts, Monday–Thursday) Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available (2nd Shift includes $2/hr. Join Structure Medical and help manufacture precision components used in life-changing medical devices.

As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You'll follow production schedules, perform inspections, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workplace. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned professionals.
Set up and operate CNC machines
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency
Work closely with Quality and Production teams
Complete required documentation for production and inspections
CNC machining experience, including independent setups and offsets
• Ability to run production independently and assist others when needed
High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical/vocational training or machining certifications preferred
