Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Circle of Life is growing, and we have an opening for an Operations Manager to join our Albuquerque office. This is a dual-role position responsible for leading both the Albuquerque office and providing operational support across New Mexico. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while also supporting the Regional Director of Operations in managing state-wide initiatives.
Our team of office and field staff cares about each other and the clients we serve. We help one another. Branch duties (Albuquerque office):

Manage Albuquerque day-to-day branch operations, ensuring client and organizational needs are met.
Provide leadership, training, and support to branch office staff. Facilitate weekly staff meetings and provide regular performance-based feedback.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to successfully work with a diverse population.
Oversee core office operations including payroll processing, budgeting, and compliance.
Operations Manager duties (New Mexico):
Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Director of Operations including, but not limited to, supporting the implementation of state-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.
Assist with monitoring regulatory compliance across multiple offices.
Help drive growth strategies, outreach efforts, and community engagement within the Dakotas region. Qualified applicants will have 2 years of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to travel 10-20%. Higher education (Associate/Bachelor's) is preferred.
