Endoscopy Gastroenterology Physician

Overview
Banner Health’s newly formed Digestive Health Service Line is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join as a GI Hospitalist. The role includes 1 week on, 1 week off scheduling with APP support and offers a $100k sign‑on bonus, loan repayment and fellowship stipend potential.
Practice & Compensation Details
Schedule: 7 on/7 off (or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off where available)
General GI inpatient only work; no ERCP/EUS (interventional call covered by Endoscopy Services)
Outpatient subspecialist support for IBD, Motility, Hepatology, Interventional GI and DGBI
Outpatient APP recover clinic to triage post‑hospital visits
Base Salary: $700,000
Value Compensation Potential: up to $35,000 annually
Sign‑On Bonus: $100,000
Loan Repayment: up to $100,000 for qualifying fellows
Fellowship stipend: $1,500/month while training
Optional affiliation with University of Arizona (Banner University Medical Group)
