Description
What You'll Do
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
Prep, cook, and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards
Practice portion control and minimize waste to help keep costs on track
Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying ahead of prep times
Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, tables, shelves, and trash areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients and finished dishes
Complete opening and closing kitchen tasks
Assist with special functions and events as needed

Experience
Preferred
1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or resort. SERVSafe certification preferred.
