Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A small, locally-owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Katy/Fulshear area is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing interdisciplinary team.

Our clinic provides ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services to children ages 18 months to 6 years old on the autism spectrum. We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative, supportive, and clinically-focused environment where quality care comes first.

Monitor client progress and modify programming as needed

Provide weekly parent training and caregiver support

Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA interns

Collaborate closely with on-site Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists

Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week
