General Laborer
Provo, UT | Employment Type: Full-Time | Bonus: $500 Hire-On Bonus

Site Support: Perform essential manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, digging, and moving materials to support earthwork and pipe utility projects.
Equipment Operation: Utilize basic hand tools and operate small equipment such as skid steers, rollers, mini excavators, and haul trucks.
Concrete & Prep: Assist with smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces while following site plans to meet project specifications.
Properly store tools, load/unload materials, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks (bending, kneeling, standing) in various outdoor weather conditions.
Compliance: Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
