24 bed unit: Cardiovascular Intermediate Unit
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures include CABG, Valve Replacements, Lobectomy, Carotid Endarectomy, Revasularizations, Amputations, Esogectomies, Hernia repairs, pnemonectomies, wedge resections, etc...
Pacemakers, TEE, Brochscoy (Bronch nurse will be present), Cardioversion, Various drips, Endotool, sedation, pacing wires, epidurals, chest tubes are special procedures that are done on the unit.
