Responsibilities Serve as the engine and hearth of patient care focusing on telephone and online patient triage.
Coordinate care for patients receiving new infusion drug therapy, including scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures.
Collaborate with Memory providers and other sub-specialty nurses within the department.
Focus on telephone triage, referral triage, and Lecanemab support.
Qualifications Greater than one year of nursing experience.
On-call experience not required.
Other Information This is a bargaining union position.
