TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Lufkin, Texas, 75904!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract – Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Schedule Varies)
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system (MEDHOST)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing experience
Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Previous travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
No call requirements and no floating — focus entirely on your unit and your patients
Opportunity to work in a 60-bed unit with a consistent night shift schedule on a 13-week contract
