We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in RF systems, payload integration, and systems engineering. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent engineering documentation and communication skills. Primary Responsibilities
Support the design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of RF systems and payloads.
Apply electrical and systems engineering principles to complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support system integration and technical development.
Develop clear, accurate, and structured engineering documentation, technical reports, and system documentation.
Translate complex systems engineering concepts into concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
Support system-level analysis, integration activities, testing, and technical reviews.
Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring engineering requirements and standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, with additional experience accepted in place of formal education.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems, RF engineering, or payload integration.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex systems engineering concepts into clear and structured technical documentation.
