Ambulatory Triage Nurse for Pulmonary Clinic Mon-Friday; day shift Position is located on the Maywood campus but will also support providers at the Burr Ridge, Oakbrook and Gottlieb sites on occasion.

We are seeking Ambulatory Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to those we serve at Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) Ambulatory. We are a team-oriented unit that provides opportunities to manage a wide range of diagnoses and advancement of nursing skills. Tuition Reimbursement

On Site Fitness Center (Gottlieb Memorial Hospital & LUMC)

Certification reimbursement (up to 1 certification)

Gathers pertinent data and information relative to patients' health status and needs and analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems or issues.

Identifies expected outcomes or goals of care based on a plan to individualize care and in collaboration with patients, families, groups, communities or populations served.

Nurses systematically implement the individualized care plan, facilitates the coordination of care with inter and intra-professional colleagues and employs strategies for health teaching and promotion.

Implements evidenced-based approaches to care.

A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN

• Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois
• Salary Range: $31.62 - $50.79 per hour
