Maintain quality standards and consistency of food by complying with sanitation standards and ongoing training and development

Food Handler's certification is required. Zalat Pizza is on a romantic mission to become a national multi-unit pizzeria with handmade product at mass volume. Best known for serving specialty pizzas with unique flavor combinations, Zalat has become a late-night staple across DFW.
We have three primary goals - 1 is to make perfect tasting pizzas, 2 is to make customers for life and 3 is to make our front-line pizza Zealots wealthy with stock options.
