How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Greet guests with a warm salutation and take beverage orders promptly

Take food and beverage orders accurately, using a tray, and check back often for refills and guest needs

Maintain clean tables by removing used dishes and glassware throughout the dining experience

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Brew Brothers' craft beer selections, including styles, flavor profiles, and suggested pairings

Provide menu recommendations and practice suggestive selling of beer, appetizers, entres, and desserts

Deliver guest checks, process payments, and return change or receipts promptly

Assemble food orders as needed and ensure accuracy before delivery

Assist teammates and support smooth restaurant operations during peak periods

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Maintain availability for scheduled shifts

Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times

What You Will Need

Three to six months of experience in a similar restaurant, hotel, or casino environment preferred

Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment

Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondence

Basic math skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages

Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

Must possess and maintain a current SNHD Health Card

Must possess and maintain a Alcohol Card for Nevada
