The Bernard Group is an employee‑owned visual merchandising company seeking a Product Manager to lead and evolve our B2B integration strategy. In this role, you will modernize our data exchange capabilities across EDI, APIs, and third‑party systems while supporting scalable, client‑focused integration solutions.
Responsibilities
Modernize integration strategy, evaluating build vs buy for mapping orchestration tools.
Bridge custom integrations for headless features within our e‑commerce platform and third‑party systems.
Serve as primary technical liaison for B2B clients’ IT teams; define data schemas and ensure AWS‑based architecture meets their needs.
Define and maintain a product roadmap balancing legacy infrastructure with a unified integration layer.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to prioritize backlog and drive technical feasibility.
Lead Agile product development and drive strategy across cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of related experience with B2B integrations (EDI, APIs, JSON, XML, CSV).
Experience managing complex data flows and integration patterns with ERP and AWS‑based architecture.
Proven ability to lead products through the Agile development lifecycle.
Strong strategic problem‑solving skills and ability to create alignment across stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to admit mistakes, loyalty to customers and team, and adaptability to wear multiple hats.
Enthusiastic, eager to take on new challenges, trustworthy, and reliable.
Shift
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; hybrid role requiring onsite presence at Chanhassen office.
Compensation
Range: $109,000 - $130,000 annually.
