Be the subject matter expert for our employee benefits programs and HRIS

Build strong relationships with employees and leaders by providing exceptional HR support

Benefits AdministrationOwn the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programsLead Open Enrollment and educate employees on available benefitsPartner with our brokers and vendors to ensure an outstanding employee experienceResolve benefit questions with professionalism and careManage benefit enrollments, life events, COBRA, and reconciliationsHRIS AdministrationServe as the HRIS expert and champion data accuracyGenerate meaningful HR reports and workforce metricsIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiencySupport system enhancements and collaborate with Payroll and ITHuman Resources PartnershipSupport leaders and employees with employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, onboarding, and performance managementHelp ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practicesParticipate in HR projects that make a real difference across the organizationBe a trusted resource employees know they can count on

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Experience managing and maintaining an HRIS
