LPN weekend shift -URGENT

We take pride in our compassionate, patient-centered approach, and our team of dedicated LPNs is at the heart of everything we do.

Schedules:

Must be able to work every other weekend

7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am

shifts on weekdays available as well.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, helping them live comfortably and with dignity.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident conditions.

Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Promote a positive, supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Requirement:

Valid LPN license in New York State

Current CPR and First Aid certification

1 year of experience in long term care.
