StepUp Physical Therapy is a growing, clinician-led private practice. Our clinical philosophy focuses on high-quality, patient-centric care, prioritizing a one-on-one treatment model to optimize patient outcomes.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse orthopedic caseload, collaborating closely with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and ancillary staff. Maintains current knowledge of standard physical therapy practices for various patient populations.

Performs subjective and objective evaluation according to diagnosis, past history, and physician referral while developing a plan of care with appropriate goals and objectives based on patient evaluation.

They also assist in preparing patient billing in an accurate and timely manner.

Appropriately communicates with patients, families, physicians, case workers, and other healthcare staff regarding needs, abilities, and goals of the patients. Ensures smooth clinic operations.

Effectively utilizes rehabilitation services with optimum patient care and response.

Responsible for all aspects of patient care and education for assigned patients including supervision of all services provided by physical therapy assistants, office staff, and students; ensuring consistent high-quality patient care.

Actively participates in the quality improvement process. May assist manager with department operational oversight including but not limited to schedules, mentoring, supplies, equipment, and department budgets.

Actively participates in program development and marketing strategies to enhance the physical therapy programs referral base and development of department goals.

Flexible Hours: Monday-Friday, with appointment options spanning 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

No weekend shifts required and closed for major holidays.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Basic Computer skills.

Speaks Spanish

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour
