Exciting Night Shift Nursing Opportunity!
Job Description:

• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Schedule: 3 nights a week, flexibility for 3p-3a if needed
• Coverage: Up to every other weekend and holiday as required
• No Call: Enjoy your time off without the stress of on-call duties!

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years required; first-time travelers welcome!
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required
• Charting: Experience with EPIC is a must
• Facility Experience: STEMI and Stroke facility experience preferred

Special Care Populations:

• Cancer
• Sepsis
• Medical emergencies
• Behavioral health

Hospital Specialties:

• Cath lab
• Women's health
• Stroke care

Patient Demographics:
Caring for all ages, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Patient Ratios:

• Days: 4 patients
• Nights: 4 patients
• Weekends: 4 patients

Clinical Skills Needed:

• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood product administration
• Care of ventilated patients
• Central line care and management
• Continuous IV sedation
• Stroke and trauma care proficiency
• Interpretation of ABGs and dysrhythmias
• Procedural sedation administration and monitoring

Special Equipment and Support Teams:

• IV teams
• Physical therapy
• Respiratory services
• Social services
• Radiology & pharmacy support

Education Verification:
Third-party education verification required. Degrees from institutions on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted.
Background Check:
No open cases permitted.
License:
Active nursing license must be in hand at submission.
Local Policy:
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
