Alliance Dealer Solutions is now hiring Valet Attendants in your area! As a Valet Attendant, you play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for customers. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, handling their vehicles with care, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant valet experience. Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent driving skills are essential for success in this role.

Customer Greeting: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the valet stand.

Vehicle Parking: Safely and efficiently park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas while adhering to valet parking protocols.

Retrieve customers' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Vehicle Handling: Handle vehicles with care, ensuring they are not damaged during parking or retrieval.

Issue valet tickets to customers and maintain accurate records of parked vehicles.

Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including the valet stand and parking areas.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of customers, vehicles, and pedestrians.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the valet service.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Efficiency: Complete parking and retrieval tasks promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and care.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other valet attendants and staff to support their efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.

Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.

Driving Skills: Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

Basic verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Age Requirement: 18 years or older.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
