Permanent Opportunity - Non-Invasive Cardiology Location: Muskegon and Ludington, Michigan
Position Overview A full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist (MD/DO) is needed to join a growing cardiovascular team serving communities along the West Michigan lakeshore. The physician will work within a collaborative regional cardiovascular network delivering comprehensive cardiac care across outpatient clinics and hospital settings.

Full-time cardiology schedule
Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide non-invasive cardiology consultations and evaluations
Diagnose and manage:
Cardiomyopathy
Coronary artery disease (CAD)
Arrhythmias
Valvular heart disease
Congestive heart failure

Develop individualized treatment plans
Participate in Congestive Heart Failure Clinic
Manage patients with lipid disorders and cardiovascular risk factors
Perform pre-surgical cardiac evaluations
Perform and interpret diagnostic testing including:
Echocardiography
Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

Provide inpatient cardiology consultations
Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and clinical staff
Assist with management and remote monitoring of:
Pacemakers
Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs)

Cardiovascular Network Collaboration The role participates in the Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan , a partnership.The program supports a comprehensive cardiovascular service line including:

Interventional cardiology
Structural heart procedures (ASD, PFO, TAVR)
Electrophysiology
Cardiothoracic surgery
Procedures Collaborated With The physician will collaborate with specialists performing:

Cardiac catheterization
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
Electrical cardioversion
Pacemaker and ICD implantation
Structural heart procedures
Credentialing Requirements Board Certification

Board Certified in Cardiology or
Board Eligible with certification required within 2 years
