Evening Counselor, Fulltime Evenings

Reporting to an Associate Director of Admission, the Admission Counselors aid in all aspects of the admission process from initial recruitment of prospective students to the review and assessment of applications. In addition to conducting large and small group information sessions on the Rollins campus, counselors travel to meet with students, parents, and guidance counselors. Counselors participate in the admission selection process and host on campus events for prospective and accepted students.

Develop recruitment strategies to target specific student populations

Oversee and participate in special programs and projects

Admissions & Prospective Student Engagement

Communicate with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors by phone and email to guide them through the admission process

Participate in the selection of candidates for admission by reviewing and evaluating applications

Conduct large and small group information sessions for prospective students and parents

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, engaging through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, text, and in-person meetings) to guide them through the admissions funnel.

Represent the school at on-campus events, conferences, career fairs, and networking events.

Process application materials, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and render admission decisions.

Cultivate strong connections with prospective students by providing personalized guidance and support to help them explore graduate business programs.

Organize personalized visits for prospective students.

Recruitment Travel

Travel to designated territories to recruit prospective students through college fairs and high school visits with guidance counselors and students

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Event Planning

Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office and meeting environment.

Regular use of a computer and databases.

Must be able to travel and work flexible hours which includes evenings, and weekends based on business needs.
