Immigration Law
Employment Type: Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal with strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle employment-based and family-based immigration cases communicate with clients professionally and support attorneys with case preparation filing and compliance activities.
S. immigration petitions and applications including:
* H1B
* TN Visa
* PERM
- Citizenship and naturalization applications
- Draft support letters RFEs and client communications
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents
- Maintain immigration case files and track deadlines
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and filing timelines
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documentation and responses
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all immigration records
S. immigration law
- Experience handling employment-based immigration cases
- Good drafting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and immigration software/tools
- Bachelors degree preferred
Knowledge of PERM and H1B compliance processes
* Experience using immigration case management systems
