Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN - Immediate Care

The Pearl of Elk Grove is looking for a compassionate, energetic and talented Restorative Nurse to join our team. Our unique approach to post acute rehabilitation places the patient at the center, curating a plan of care that understands the specific needs of each individual. We are committed to providing a sophisticated level of support to achieve exceptional quality care.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 (Annually) (Annually) Dependent on Nursing Experience.

Develop, implement, direct and evaluate the Restorative Nursing Program.
Consult with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain restorative care standards.
Ensure that the restorative nursing program complies with applicable laws, regulations, and national restorative nursing standards and requirements.
Perform or supervise the performance of restorative care.
Complete clinical documentation for all restorative care.
Work in conjunction with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations.
Licensed (RN/LPN) in the state of Illinois (Required)
Strong computer skills.
