Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Palmetto Infusion provides comprehensive ambulatory and home-based infusion services to both acute and chronically ill patients. The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Practitioner is to provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers.

Schedule: Monday Friday; Saturdays as needed.

Service Areas: Wilmington, NC and may float to other clinics as needed.

Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and active nurse practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.

Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.

MS Outlook, Word, Excel).

Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).

Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.

Working along side with nurses and other NPs/MDs.

Able to perform nursing functions as needed.

Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.

Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.
