We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, working with Haas and Grob CNC machines to produce high-quality stainless-steel parts. This role is essential in ensuring precision machining, quality control, and efficient production processes in our manufacturing operations.
Machining & Operations
Set up and operate milling, Haas and Grob CNC machines, ensuring accurate machining of stainless-steel parts.
Program CNC mills by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and conditional switches.
Monitor operations, verifying settings by measuring first-run parts and sample workpieces to maintain strict quality standards.
Maintain machining specifications by observing, measuring, and inspecting parts for precision.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and quality assurance processes.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, calling for repairs when needed.
Fixed schedule, 1st and 2nd shift with a 45-minute lunch.
Some evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
5+ years of experience operating CNC machines (preferably Haas & Grob).
Experience in CNC operations, troubleshooting, and setting up mills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
