PREP COOK (HOURLY, FULL-TIME)

The Cypress of Hilton Head is recruiting for a hospitality focused Cook 1 to join our team! This position is responsible for full-scope, hands on production cooking in our exciting, fast-paced Food & Beverage Department. Cook 1 responsible for maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.
Compensation: $20.00 hourly
Status: Full-time
Schedule: 5 shifts a week for an average of 8 hours a day.
We are seeking someone with open availability, including weekdays and weekends.
Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
Take temperatures for all food items being served.
Perform prep duties such as butchering, cleaning fresh fish, etc. Monitor food waste abuse.
Work together as a team in providing the members and community with the best service and presentation, while maintaining a helpful attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of sanitation course or related food service course preferred
