Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite/1st shift/Mon-Fri)

As an Facilities Technician you will: This Facilities Tech D will provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).

This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements.

Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.

Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc.

Role is customer focused; Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Microsoft Suite basic skills.

Basic computer skills.
