Description The clinical educator is a registered nurse with expertise in education who influences professional role, competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The clinical educator serves as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant and researcher. The Clinical Educator supports the development of bedside nurses and fosters empowerment through knowledge and skills to achieve excellence through the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and

• Master's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled in program, projected completion 18 months from date of hire
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Adult Education – course development
