We're seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic therapy team. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized, hands-on care that promotes recovery, mobility, and functional independence for patients in their homes.
Monitor, document, and report patient progress and condition changes in a timely manner
Assist patients with transfers and mobility training during therapy sessions
Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Active Kansas PTA license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) (required)
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (required); 2+ years and home health experience preferred

In the field (home health visits in the KC area and at our Lenexa Therapy Center location)
