Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage seating to kick-start a seamless dining experience.

Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a professional demeanor.

Manage reservations and seating efficiently, optimizing guest satisfaction and dining flow.

Act as the liaison with kitchen and service teams to ensure fluid communication and timely service.

Address guest needs thoughtfully, including dietary restrictions and special requests.

Oversee the dining area's presentation, coordinating with staff to uphold standards.

Engage in the organization of special events and group reservations, adding a personal touch to every occasion.

Handle transactions accurately, ensuring all financial interactions are handled with care.

Who You Are

A holder of a high school diploma or equivalent; extra points for hospitality or customer service experience.
