CNC Machinist Lead (Second Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Differential: +10% for 2nd shift

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

This role exists due to continued growth and increased production demand , including long-term programs supporting the aerospace and defense industries .

C&M Precision Tech has recently launched a dedicated 2nd shift and is building a strong team of CNC machinists who take pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. These roles are critical to maintaining throughput, quality, and on-time delivery across high-volume production programs.

Operate and/or set up Swiss-style CNC machines and CNC lathes

Run high-volume, repeat production jobs

Load and verify CNC programs

Perform in-process checks and basic inspections

Maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards

For senior candidates: provide guidance or leadership on shift

Machines, Controls & Equipment

You’ll work with industry-leading equipment, including:

Swiss Machines: Citizen, Star

CNC Lathes: Features: Live tooling, bar feeders, multi-axis capability

CNC machining experience (Swiss and/or CNC lathe)

Comfortable running production parts independently

Experience with Citizen, Star, or Eurotech machines

Aerospace or defense manufacturing background
