Experience: At least 3 years of NICU experience, including vent management and central lines
Pay & Benefits

Attend deliveries (vaginal and c-section) and assist with newborn transition
Admit and discharge neonates from NICU and NOU units
Manage neonate care including IV placement, lab draws, and medication administration (IV, IM, SQ, ETT, OGT, NGT, oral, rectal, topical)
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team (MDs, NNPs, RNs, social workers, RTs, radiology, OT, etc.)
Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertion, PICC, UAC, UVC placement, x-rays, ABGs, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, intubation, and nitric oxide administration
Educate and support parents, including breastfeeding assistance
Utilize advanced NICU skills including ventilator management, blood admin, and management of central lines
What You Need

Valid Louisiana RN license or appropriate state license
Minimum 3 years NICU experience, including level III NICU skills
Proficiency in managing ventilators, central lines, blood products, and emergency procedures
BLS and NRP certifications required
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills
