Kaloutas is looking for an experienced Lead Fireproofing Applicator who takes pride in quality work, knows how to lead a crew, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned fireproofing professional to take ownership in the field, work on major commercial and industrial projects throughout New England, and help develop the next generation of applicators. Leading fireproofing application work on-site
Operating fireproofing equipment, paint pumps, and mixers, including Graco, Titan, Hy-Flex, Putzmeister, Cool, and similar equipment
Spraying beams, decks, and structural columns to the required thickness while maximizing efficiency and minimizing overspray and material waste
Setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining pumps, mixers, hoses, and other trade-related equipment
Recording daily cup weights to ensure maximum yield and proper material adhesion
Reading blueprints and monitoring application quality and thickness
Working safely from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
Mentoring crew members and setting the standard for quality, productivity, and safety What We're Looking For
Strong experience with spray-applied fireproofing materials (SFRM)
Experience operating and troubleshooting fireproofing equipment
