Job DescriptionUrology Physician\nSouthern Bedroom Community of the State Capital/Metro\n\nPosition Highlights:\n\n Desirable Practice Setting:Clinic onsite at hospital with block OR days guaranteed; would consider a customized schedule (every other week, etc.)\n Ideal Work Environment:Da Vinci robots onsite; take over any robotic cases you want\n Favorable Call Schedule:In-house hospitalists take admissions, other call shared\n Culture & Support:APPs in office + nursing support + 2 experienced Urologists onsite\n Make an Impact:Draw area of over 600k with no competition\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\n Competitive Compensation:Base plus RVU -Current Urologists making 90th percentile MGMA\n Additional Bonus Incentives:Unlimited PTO, RVU multiplier, and more\n Commencement Bonus, Relocation, and Student Loan Assistance:all negotiable!\n Comprehensive Benefits Package:Full Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage, ST/LT Disability, Retirement\n Professional Development:CME $$ + 1 week CME time (in addition to PTO)\n\nQualifications:\n\n Degree:
