Warehouse Person-Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the movement of materials within our facility, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. The Warehouse Associate II will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips and confirm all CofC/COAs are present.

Properly store and distribute materials in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility, (ie. Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards.

Ensure all production and inventory-related system transactions are completed in a timely manner.

Assist Materials team in providing Kanban component fulfilment and cycle count processes

Provide work order support to meet production schedules and assist in production prioritization

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production needs and respond to material requests.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

High School Diploma, AA preferred.

At least 4 years' experience related to purchasing in a manufacturing and engineering environment.

The ability to problem-solve and influence others through both data and strong relationships.

Proficient in MS Office.

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $19.04 - $23.53 hourly. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
