Patients and families, associates, other departments’ personnel are served in providing our services. Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department and hospital. LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION
~ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated at all levels in understanding our customer needs and requests. Verbal and written office skills (as attached). Telephone, compose letters, memos, filing, interviewing, counseling, office machines, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, FAX.
